Full-time Web Development Position in Manila, Philippines
BusinessHQ.com is an American company that provides software solutions for U.S. importers. We are currently looking to hire a full-time web developer with a strong background in PHP (preferably using CodeIgniter) and Javascript (preferably using Jquery).
Our firm provides web-based software that American companies use to manage sales, invoicing, payment processing, customer service, transportation and customs clearances.
The service, which was founded by seasoned entrepreneurs and has been funded by a group of American investors, will launch in March 2010.
We are now looking to add two PHP / Code Igniter developers to our team.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years experience building web applications using PHP (preferably with CodeIgniter), Javascript (preferably with jQuery), and MySQL
* Experience integrating third party APIs into your applications a plus
* Experience creating ERP applications including inventory management, invoicing, and e-commerce shopping carts a big plus
* Must own a computer and any software required to develop web applications
* Native English speaker
Position Details:
* Responsible for integrating APIs from eBay.com, Amazon.com, trucking companies, warehouses, and a variety of other web service providers into our application
* Responsible for developing invoicing, inventory, account management and other modules within the service
* Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm – PH time (GMT +8)
* Work from home position; must be available for occasional team meetings in metro Manila
* 25,000 PHP base, plus 10,000 PHP monthly bonus based on performance
* 13th month salary provided upon successful completion of assigned responsibilities for a full-year
